Short Story Club Titles & How I Can Help
I am traveling with the family this week for what is known as Spring Break. We got another 8 1/2 inches of snow last Saturday and more today, but I guess it’s gonna be 85 next week, so.
This being said, I’m not finding/making the time to do any dedicated writing this week. The short stories and the next installment of “Cleave” will come soon.
This month’s Short Story Club titles are “The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas,” by Ursula K. Le Guin; “Pierre Menard, Author of the Quixote,” by Jorge Luis Borges; and “Four Tales for Dry Land,” by Kaitlyn Greenbridge. Anyone is welcome to join. We meet online.
I will be challenging myself to write up a reflection of one of the stories once I read them all. Have you read any of these?
Introducing: Accountability & Deadlines
I invite you to let me keep you accountable. I am happy to work with you on meeting your deadlines and keep you moving toward what you wanna get done. Sometimes (a lot of the time), writing is lonely, and especially when you’re starting out, you might feel like nobody really cares what you’re doing or when you’re doing it. I hear that. If you need a partner to keep you moving, I can help. Reply or comment here, or reach me on Instagram @everythingerinlunde as you’re able.
Thank you for reading. I hope you’re well. Take all of my snow away, okay?
